Neutral Bay Amenities is a building located in a pocket park surrounded on three sides by an elevated concrete carpark.

One accessible and two ambulant toilets exist lineally behind a mirrored screen and are naturally lit by skylights embedded in the green roof above.

The screen is made up of several mirror-polished stainless steel panels that cloak the carpark and minimise the amenities’ visual impact on their surroundings. Unlike a flat glass mirror, the malleable nature of the stainless steel distorts the reflected image, resulting in a building that virtually disappears.
